Pack Your Gear
Securely pack the electronics in their original manufacturer box, ensuring the RA number is clearly marked on the outer shipping carton.
Ship the Item
Apply the provided shipping label or use your preferred insured carrier to send the package back to our specialized inspection facility.
Inspection and Refund
Once our technicians verify the item's condition and functionality, we will issue a credit to your original payment method within 3-5 business days.
