Forget regular, go Turbo! Up for sale is this modified Ibanez 580 Turbo T in Black! The 580T, or simply Turbo T, is a solid body electric guitar model from the Roadstar Pro series, originally released by Ibanez in 1987, this one is from 1988. It is the only guitar in its line to feature this distinctive body style and was manufactured in Japan by FujiGen. The shape of the 580T body is based on the Fender Telecaster, but with a contoured top and back instead of the traditional flat design. Apart from the body shape, it varies significantly from the Telecaster design.
The 580T boasts a mahogany body joined to a maple neck, with a 22-fret rosewood fingerboard displaying small dot position markers. Its components include an Edge double locking tremolo bridge equipped with a Back Stop stabilizer, and and Gotoh tuning machines for precise tuning.
How about the upgrades? Well you get a pair of Bare Knuckle pickups (the original are included as well in its case) a powerful set of humbuckers! You get even more tones with Push/Pull modifications to give you coil splitting for those single-coil tones.
This guitar is in good condition and comes with its original hardshell and original pickups in the case. It's been setup to play perfectly by the techs in our shop, and is ready to go!
